New Haven Moving Equipment is committed to providing high-quality moving supplies and equipment; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to the specific New Haven regional distribution center provided during your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
